Në pak fjalë

Nuk ka reklama, nuk ka shitje të dhënash. NextRide nuk shfaq reklama, nuk përdor identifikues reklamimi dhe nuk ua shet ose ua jep të dhënat ndërmjetësve të të dhënave.
Vendndodhja mblidhet vetëm nga shoferët — vetëm gjatë një udhëtimi në zhvillim dhe vetëm kur aplikacioni është i hapur. Aplikacioni nuk gjurmon prindërit dhe nuk mbledh vendndodhje në sfond.
Nxënësit nuk kanë llogari. Aplikacioni përdoret nga të rritur: prindërit/kujdestarët ligjorë dhe shoferët.
Prindi sheh vetëm segmentin e fëmijës së vet. Gjurma GPS pritet në server te intervali midis hipjes dhe zbritjes së fëmijës — kurrë i gjithë itinerari i autobusit.
Kontrolluesi është shkolla. Ne veprojmë si përpunues teknik në emër të institucionit arsimor.

1. Kush është përgjegjës për të dhënat tuaja

Kontrolluesi i të dhënave personale është institucioni arsimor që ju ka regjistruar në shërbimin e transportit:

Përpunuesi (operatori teknik) i sistemit NextRide është NextLeap, Rruga Sabaudin Gabrani, Tiranë 1001, Shqipëri, i cili zhvillon dhe mirëmban aplikacionin dhe serverët e tij dhe i përpunon të dhënat vetëm sipas udhëzimeve të kontrolluesit.

Nëse fëmija juaj transportohet nga një institucion tjetër arsimor që përdor NextRide, kontrollues është ai institucion; të drejtat dhe kanalet e kontaktit të përshkruara këtu mbeten të njëjta.

2. Për kë vlen ky njoftim

Ky njoftim plotëson Njoftimin mbi privatësinë për transportin dhe administrimin digjital të tij (Neksi Nr. 1) që keni nënshkruar me institucionin arsimor, dhe kontratën e shoferit lidhur me ndarjen e vendndodhjes gjatë udhëtimit. Në rast mospërputhjeje, mbizotëron dokumenti kontraktor i nënshkruar me kontrolluesin.

3. Të dhënat që përpunohen

Pjesa më e madhe e të dhënave nuk mblidhet nga ju përmes aplikacionit: ato regjistrohen nga institucioni arsimor kur ju regjistroni fëmijën në transport. Aplikacioni i shfaq ato dhe shton të dhënat operacionale të udhëtimit.

Hyrja me Google ose Apple nuk krijon llogari të re: adresa e-mail krahasohet me një llogari ekzistuese të krijuar nga shkolla. Ne marrim vetëm një token identiteti me adresën tuaj e-mail dhe identifikuesin e llogarisë — jo listën e kontakteve, jo dokumentet, jo aktivitetin tuaj në ato shërbime.

3.3 Të dhënat operacionale të udhëtimit

Kërkesat që bëni ju: njoftim mungese, kërkesë për ndryshim vendndalese, komunikime me shkollën dhe përgjigjet përkatëse;
Të dhënat e gjeneruara nga vetë përdorimi i sistemit NextRide.

3.4 Të dhëna teknike

Regjistrat e serverit: adresa IP, koha e kërkesës, rruga e thirrur, kodi i përgjigjes dhe agjenti i përdoruesit — të nevojshme për sigurinë dhe diagnostikimin;
Identifikuesi i instalimit dhe token-i i njoftimeve (shih seksionin 5);
Platforma dhe versioni i sistemit operativ i pajisjes.

Aplikacioni nuk përmban SDK analitike ose reklamimi. Nuk mblidhen identifikues reklamimi, nuk ndërtohen profile dhe nuk merret asnjë vendim i automatizuar që prodhon efekte juridike ndaj jush.

4. Vendndodhja

Vendndodhja e saktë mblidhet vetëm nga pajisja e shoferit, vetëm kur plotësohen njëkohësisht dy kushte:

udhëtimi është i nisur dhe në zhvillim në sistem, dhe
aplikacioni është i hapur në ekran (leja «gjatë përdorimit»).

Mbledhja ndalon automatikisht kur udhëtimi mbyllet ose anulohet. Aplikacioni nuk kërkon leje për vendndodhje në sfond dhe nuk përdor shërbim të vazhdueshëm në plan të parë: kur shoferi mbyll aplikacionin, raportimi ndalon.

Nga prindërit nuk mblidhet asnjë e dhënë vendndodhjeje. Harta që sheh prindi tregon pozicionin e mjetit, jo pozicionin e telefonit të prindit.

Çdo pozicion i raportuar përmban: gjerësinë dhe gjatësinë gjeografike, kohën e matjes dhe, kur pajisja i jep, shpejtësinë, drejtimin dhe saktësinë e matjes.

Sa sheh prindi

Serveri e pret gjurmën GPS përpara se t'ia dërgojë prindit: shfaqet vetëm segmenti i kufizuar nga ora e hipjes dhe ora e zbritjes së fëmijës së tij, plus deri në 15 minuta afrimi para hipjes. I gjithë itinerari i autobusit — i cili do të tregonte se ku banojnë familjet e tjera — nuk i jepet asnjë prindi. Ky kufizim vendoset në server dhe nuk mund të anashkalohet nga aplikacioni.

Baza ligjore për shoferin është kontrata e punës/shërbimit e nënshkruar prej tij, e cila parashikon ndarjen e vendndodhjes gjatë udhëtimit, si dhe interesi legjitim i shkollës për sigurinë e nxënësve. Vendndodhja nuk përdoret për vlerësimin e performancës individuale të shoferit jashtë kuadrit të sigurisë së transportit.

5. Njoftimet dhe identifikuesit e pajisjes

Për të dërguar njoftime («fëmija juaj hipi në autobus»), aplikacioni regjistron te serveri:

Identifikuesin e instalimit (Firebase Installation ID) — një identifikues i gjeneruar për këtë instalim të aplikacionit, që fshihet kur çinstaloni aplikacionin ose pastroni të dhënat e tij;
Token-in e njoftimeve (FCM) — adresa teknike ku Google dërgon njoftimin te pajisja juaj;
platformën, versionin e OS-it dhe kohën e fundit të përdorimit të pajisjes;
kategoritë e njoftimeve që keni çaktivizuar për këtë pajisje.

Njoftimet i adresohen personit dhe pajisjeve të tij të regjistruara; sistemi nuk përdor «tema» publike abonimi. Kur dilni nga llogaria, regjistrimi i pajisjes fshihet nga serveri përpara mbylljes së sesionit, që personi tjetër që hyn në atë telefon të mos marrë njoftimet tuaja.

Preferencat për e-mail dhe SMS ruhen në llogarinë tuaj; filtri për kategori push ruhet për pajisjen konkrete. Mund t'i ndryshoni në çdo kohë te Llogaria → Njoftimet, dhe njoftimet mund t'i ndaloni tërësisht nga cilësimet e sistemit operativ.

6. Të dhënat që ruhen vetëm në pajisjen tuaj

Këto nuk dërgohen kurrë te ne dhe fshihen kur çinstaloni aplikacionin:

Të dhënat biometrike (gjurma e gishtit, fytyra) përpunohen vetëm nga sistemi operativ i pajisjes. Aplikacioni merr vetëm përgjigjen «po/jo» dhe nuk sheh, nuk ruan dhe nuk transmeton asnjë të dhënë biometrike.

Nuk shesim, nuk japim me qira dhe nuk shkëmbejmë të dhëna personale. Nuk ka reklamim, remarketing ose ndarje me ndërmjetës të dhënash.

9. Transferimet ndërkombëtare

Serverët e NextRide ndodhen në Bashkimin Evropian (Frankfurt, Gjermani), të hostuar në AWS Lightsail. Shërbimet e Google dhe Apple të përmendura më sipër mund t'i përpunojnë të dhënat edhe jashtë Shqipërisë dhe Hapësirës Ekonomike Evropiane, mbi bazën e klauzolave standarde kontraktore dhe të garancive të tjera të parashikuara nga legjislacioni në fuqi.

10. Sa kohë ruhen

Të dhënat ruhen për aq kohë sa është e nevojshme për realizimin e qëllimeve të përpunimit dhe përmbushjen e detyrimeve ligjore; afatet konkrete i përcakton institucioni arsimor si kontrollues. Si udhëzues:

11. Siguria

Institucioni arsimor dhe operatori teknik zbatojnë masa teknike dhe organizative në përputhje me legjislacionin në fuqi, ndër të tjera:

i gjithë komunikimi mes aplikacionit dhe serverit është i enkriptuar (HTTPS/TLS);
token-at e sesionit ruhen në ruajtjen e sigurt të sistemit operativ dhe rrotullohen; dalja nga llogaria i zhvlerëson;
qasja është e kufizuar sipas rolit: prindi te fëmija i vet, shoferi te udhëtimi i tij; kufizimi zbatohet në server, jo në aplikacion;
gjurma GPS pritet në server sipas intervalit të udhëtimit të fëmijës;
fjalëkalimet ruhen vetëm në formë të hash-uar;
opsionalisht, hyrje me biometri të kontrolluar nga sistemi operativ.

Asnjë sistem nuk është plotësisht i pacenueshëm. Nëse ndodh një shkelje që rrezikon të drejtat tuaja, kontrolluesi njofton autoritetin mbikëqyrës dhe, kur kërkohet, subjektet e prekura, sipas Ligjit nr. 124/2024.

12. Të drejtat tuaja

Sipas Ligjit nr. 124/2024 «Për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale», gëzoni të drejtën për:

qasje në të dhënat tuaja dhe informim mbi përpunimin;
korrigjim të të dhënave të pasakta ose të paplota;
fshirje, kur nuk ka bazë ligjore për ruajtjen e tyre;
kufizim të përpunimit;
kundërshtim të përpunimit të bazuar në interes legjitim;
portabilitet të të dhënave;
tërheqje të pëlqimit, kur përpunimi bazohet në pëlqim, pa cenuar ligjshmërinë e përpunimit të kryer më parë;
ankim pranë autoritetit mbikëqyrës.

13. Fshirja e llogarisë dhe e të dhënave

Llogaritë e NextRide krijohen dhe administrohen nga institucioni arsimor, prandaj nuk mund të fshihen vetë nga aplikacioni.

Dërgoni një kërkesë me subjektin «Fshirje llogarie NextRide» te info@turgutozal.edu.al (kopje te info@nextleap.al), duke shënuar emrin dhe adresën e-mail të llogarisë.
Llogaria dhe kredencialet e hyrjes çaktivizohen dhe fshihen, bashkë me regjistrimet e pajisjeve dhe preferencat e njoftimeve.
Të dhënat e transportit që institucioni arsimor duhet t'i ruajë për detyrime ligjore ose kontraktore ruhen deri në përfundim të atij afati dhe më pas fshihen ose anonimizohen.

Për të hequr të dhënat lokale menjëherë, mjafton të dilni nga llogaria dhe të çinstaloni aplikacionin.

14. Fëmijët

NextRide nuk u drejtohet fëmijëve dhe nuk u ofron atyre llogari. Aplikacionin e përdorin prindërit/kujdestarët ligjorë dhe shoferët, të gjithë të rritur. Të dhënat e nxënësve përpunohen vetëm në kuadër të marrëdhënies midis institucionit arsimor dhe prindit/kujdestarit ligjor, dhe kufizohen në atë që nevojitet për organizimin e sigurt të transportit.

Refuzimi i lejes së vendndodhjes nuk e ndalon shoferin të kryejë udhëtimin; ndalon vetëm raportimin e pozicionit. Refuzimi i njoftimeve nuk e ndalon përdorimin e aplikacionit.

16. Ndryshimet e këtij njoftimi

Kur ky njoftim ndryshon, përditësojmë datën në krye dhe, për ndryshime thelbësore, ju informojmë brenda aplikacionit ose me e-mail përpara se ndryshimi të hyjë në fuqi.

Privacy Policy — NextRide

The school transport app for parents and drivers, and its backend services.

At a glance

No ads, no data sales. NextRide shows no advertising, uses no advertising identifier, and does not sell or share personal data with data brokers.
Location is collected from drivers only — only while a trip is in progress and only while the app is open. Parents are never located, and there is no background location collection.
Students have no accounts. The app is used by adults: parents/legal guardians and drivers.
A parent sees only their own child's segment. The GPS trail is clipped server-side to the interval between that child's boarding and drop-off — never the bus's whole route.
The school is the data controller. We act as its technical processor.

The processor (technical operator) of the NextRide system is NextLeap, Rruga Sabaudin Gabrani, Tirana 1001, Albania, which develops and maintains the app and its servers and processes data only on the controller's documented instructions.

If your child is transported by another school using NextRide, that school is the controller; the rights and contact routes described here are unchanged.

This policy supplements the Privacy Notice for Transport and its Digital Administration (Annex No. 1) signed with the educational institution, and the driver's contract covering the sharing of location during a trip. Where they differ, the signed contractual document with the controller prevails.

3. Data we process

Most data is not collected from you through the app: it is recorded by the school when you enrol your child in transport. The app displays it and adds the operational data of each trip.

3.1 Account and identity

Signing in with Google or Apple never creates an account: the email is matched against an account the school already created. We receive only an identity token carrying your email address and account identifier — not your contacts, files or activity on those services.

3.3 Operational trip data

Data generated by the use of the NextRide system itself.

3.4 Technical data

Server logs: IP address, request time, route called, response code and user agent — needed for security and diagnostics;
Installation identifier and push notification token (see section 5);
Device platform and operating-system version.

The app contains no analytics or advertising SDK. No advertising identifier is collected, no profiles are built, and no automated decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken.

4. Location

Precise location is collected from the driver's device only, and only while both of the following are true:

the trip has been started and is in progress in the system, and
the app is open on screen (the "while using the app" permission).

Collection stops automatically when the trip is closed or cancelled. The app requests no background-location permission and runs no persistent foreground service: when the driver leaves the app, reporting stops.

No location data is collected from parents. The map a parent sees shows the vehicle's position, not the parent's phone.

Each reported fix contains latitude and longitude, the time of the fix and, where the device supplies them, speed, heading and accuracy.

How much a parent can see

The server clips the GPS trail before it reaches a parent: only the stretch bounded by their own child's recorded boarding and drop-off times is returned, plus up to 15 minutes of approach before boarding. The bus's full route — which would reveal where other families live — is never returned to a parent. This restriction is enforced on the server and cannot be bypassed by the app.

For drivers, the legal basis is the employment/service contract they signed, which provides for sharing location during a trip, together with the school's legitimate interest in student safety. Location is not used to evaluate individual driver performance outside the transport-safety context.

5. Notifications and device identifiers

To deliver notifications ("your child has boarded the bus"), the app registers with our server:

the Firebase Installation ID — an identifier generated for this installation of the app, which is destroyed when you uninstall the app or clear its data;
the FCM push token — the technical address Google uses to deliver a notification to your device;
the device platform, OS version and last-seen time;
the notification categories you have muted on this device.

Notifications are addressed to a person and their registered devices; the system never publishes to public subscription topics. When you sign out, the device registration is deleted from the server before the session is cleared, so the next person to sign in on that phone cannot receive your notifications.

Email and SMS preferences are stored on your account; the push-category filter is stored per device. You can change both at any time under Account → Notifications, and you can switch notifications off entirely in your operating system's settings.

6. Data kept only on your device

The following never reaches us and is destroyed when you uninstall the app:

Biometric data (fingerprint, face) is processed solely by your device's operating system. The app receives only a yes/no answer and never sees, stores or transmits any biometric data.

8. Who receives data

The educational institution and staff it authorises;
Transport operators and drivers, limited to the manifest of the trip assigned to them;
The linked parent/guardian, limited to their own child;
Technology providers used by the institution, including the NextRide technical operator and the hosting provider;
Competent authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. There is no advertising, remarketing, or sharing with data brokers.

9. International transfers

NextRide servers are located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), hosted on AWS Lightsail. The Google and Apple services listed above may process data outside Albania and the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses and the other safeguards provided for by applicable law.

10. How long data is kept

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing and to satisfy legal obligations; the specific periods are set by the educational institution as controller. As a guide:

11. Security

The institution and the technical operator apply technical and organisational measures in line with applicable legislation, including:

all traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS);
session tokens are held in OS secure storage and rotated; signing out invalidates them;
access is role-scoped — a parent to their own child, a driver to their own trip — and enforced on the server, not in the app;
the GPS trail is clipped server-side to the child's own ride window;
passwords are stored only in hashed form;
optional biometric unlock, controlled by the operating system.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that puts your rights at risk, the controller notifies the supervisory authority and, where required, the affected individuals, under Law no. 124/2024.

12. Your rights

Under Law no. 124/2024 "On the protection of personal data" you have the right to:

access your data and be informed about the processing;
rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
erasure, where there is no legal basis to keep the data;
restriction of processing;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
data portability;
withdraw consent where processing is based on it, without affecting prior lawful processing;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Address requests to the controller at info@turgutozal.edu.al, or to the technical operator at info@nextleap.al, who will forward them. We respond within the statutory deadlines.

You may also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania — www.idp.al.

13. Account and data deletion

NextRide accounts are created and administered by the educational institution, so they cannot be deleted from within the app.

Send a request with the subject "NextRide account deletion" to info@turgutozal.edu.al (copy info@nextleap.al), stating the name and email address on the account.
The account and its sign-in credentials are deactivated and deleted, together with device registrations and notification preferences.
Transport records the institution must keep to meet legal or contractual obligations are retained until that period ends, then deleted or anonymised.

To remove locally stored data immediately, sign out and uninstall the app.

14. Children

NextRide is not directed to children and offers them no accounts. It is used by parents/legal guardians and drivers, all adults. Student data is processed solely within the relationship between the educational institution and the parent/legal guardian, and is limited to what the safe organisation of transport requires.

Refusing location does not stop a driver from running the trip; it only stops position reporting. Refusing notifications does not prevent use of the app.

16. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for material changes, inform you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
